Be part of a vibrant community where amazing people, data & insights, and perpetual innovation converge to shape the future of digital commerce!   About This Role at Momentum As a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis  on our FP&A team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your overall responsibilities might look like: Collaborate directly with the VP of Finance and senior leadership to drive decision-making and financial outcomes. Partner with multiple business leaders to guide strategic investments, monitor industry trends, and assess overall business health. Develop a deep understanding of PMG’s business drivers, including integrated media services, and the nuances of retainer, variable commission, and SaaS revenue models. Support business transformation initiatives and provide analytical insight into performance trends and investment opportunities. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for PMG. Create and maintain sophisticated financial models and dashboards that support business performance and strategic planning. Manage and analyze multiple revenue models Partner on the integration of newly acquired businesses and ensure financial alignment and performance tracking. Support post-acquisition reporting, synergies realization, and operational alignment. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3 to 5 FP&A professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. Provide coaching, feedback, and support for skill development, process improvement, and career advancement.
