Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;Pharmacy    Position: &nbsp;Full-Time   Salary: &nbsp;$187,000–$210,000&nbsp;per&nbsp;year   Schedule: &nbsp;Monday–Friday,&nbsp;9:00&nbsp;AM–5:00&nbsp;PM   Location: &nbsp;Oakland,&nbsp;CA     Position&nbsp;Overview   We&nbsp;are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;an&nbsp;experienced&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;Pharmacy&nbsp;to&nbsp;oversee&nbsp;operations&nbsp;across&nbsp;two&nbsp;FQHC&nbsp;Community&nbsp;Health&nbsp;Centers&nbsp;in&nbsp;Oakland,&nbsp;California&nbsp;that&nbsp;focus&nbsp;on&nbsp;providing&nbsp;health&nbsp;services&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;BIPOC&nbsp;community.&nbsp;Serving&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pharmacist-in-Charge&nbsp;(PIC),&nbsp;this&nbsp;role&nbsp;combines&nbsp;leadership,&nbsp;operational&nbsp;oversight,&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;deep&nbsp;commitment&nbsp;to&nbsp;community&nbsp;healthcare.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Director&nbsp;will&nbsp;lead&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pharmacy&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Therapeutics&nbsp;(P&amp;T)&nbsp;Committee,&nbsp;manage&nbsp;the&nbsp;340B&nbsp;Drug&nbsp;Pricing&nbsp;Program,&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;all&nbsp;federal&nbsp;and&nbsp;state&nbsp;regulations&nbsp;while&nbsp;mentoring&nbsp;a&nbsp;dedicated&nbsp;team.    The&nbsp;FQHC&nbsp;Community&nbsp;Health&nbsp;Clinic&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;in&nbsp;operation&nbsp;for&nbsp;over&nbsp;20&nbsp;years&nbsp;and&nbsp;offers&nbsp;Mental&nbsp;Health,&nbsp;Primary&nbsp;Care&nbsp;Medical,&nbsp;Physical&nbsp;Therapy,&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Dentistry&nbsp;services&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;BIPOC&nbsp;community.   Key&nbsp;Responsibilities    Lead&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;pharmacy&nbsp;operations&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;California&nbsp;Board&nbsp;of&nbsp;Pharmacy&nbsp;and&nbsp;HRSA&nbsp;standards.  Serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;PIC&nbsp;for&nbsp;audits,&nbsp;licensing,&nbsp;and&nbsp;quality&nbsp;initiatives.  Direct&nbsp;the&nbsp;P&amp;T&nbsp;Committee,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;safe&nbsp;and&nbsp;effective&nbsp;formulary&nbsp;management.  Oversee&nbsp;the&nbsp;340B&nbsp;Drug&nbsp;Pricing&nbsp;Program&nbsp;with&nbsp;full&nbsp;HRSA&nbsp;compliance.  Mentor&nbsp;pharmacists,&nbsp;technicians,&nbsp;interns,&nbsp;and&nbsp;externs.  Ensure&nbsp;the&nbsp;pharmacy&nbsp;is&nbsp;in&nbsp;full&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;Alameda&nbsp;County,&nbsp;Contra&nbsp;Costa&nbsp;County,&nbsp;California&nbsp;and&nbsp;Federal&nbsp;regulations  Manage&nbsp;procurement,&nbsp;inventory,&nbsp;and&nbsp;medication&nbsp;storage.  Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;providers&nbsp;to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;medication&nbsp;safety&nbsp;and&nbsp;cost&nbsp;efficiency.  Support&nbsp;educational&nbsp;and&nbsp;outreach&nbsp;programs&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;community.      Lead&nbsp;with&nbsp;purpose.&nbsp;Build&nbsp;systems&nbsp;that&nbsp;empower&nbsp;teams&nbsp;and&nbsp;strengthen&nbsp;communities.&nbsp;Apply&nbsp;today.    Requirements    Requirements:    PharmD&nbsp;or&nbsp;BPharm&nbsp;from&nbsp;an&nbsp;accredited&nbsp;institution.  Active&nbsp;California&nbsp;Pharmacist&nbsp;license.  Minimum&nbsp;5&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;pharmacy&nbsp;experience;&nbsp;FQHC&nbsp;experience&nbsp;preferred.  Proven&nbsp;340B&nbsp;Program&nbsp;management;&nbsp;prior&nbsp;PIC&nbsp;experience&nbsp;preferred.  Strong&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;and&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills.
