Description
Leobit is looking for a strong leader to drive company excellence by taking full ownership of the PMO and working closely with SDO, BAO, and QMO Directors to enable a single, efficient, metric-driven, AI-first SDLC. This role will drive PM capability growth, ensure adoption of CoE standards, and drive transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement across all delivery processes.
Location: Lviv.
PMO & Delivery Excellence
• Ensure project processes are properly defined and consistently followed across all accounts
• Own and evolve PM practices and project artifacts for FP & DT projects
• Drive PM capability growth, including knowledge model, evaluations, reviews, and promotions
• Own and standardize the PM best practices library (templates, calculators, etc.)
• Oversee and support management of key fixed-price projects
Metrics, SDLC & Assessment
• Maintain company-level metrics dashboards for key accounts
• Ensure each key project has the right level of metrics in place and actively used for decision-making
• Drive setup and execution of individual performance metrics when needed
• Ensure efficient SDLC processes are defined and executed across all accounts in alignment with CoE standards
• Ensure delivery predictability across projects (scope, timeline, risks, commitments)
• Ensure early identification and proactive management of delivery risks across projects
• Establish and enforce project governance, including escalation and decision-making frameworks
• Lead measurement and assessment of SDLC maturity and contribute to its definition with CoE, QMO, BAO, and SDO Directors
• Run regular Project Assessments (delivery quality, risks, adherence)
• Run regular PM assessments (artifacts, practices, performance)
AI-enabled CoE & Growth
• Drive strategic implementation of AI-enabled SDLC across the company
• Drive adoption of performance metrics for AI-assisted and agentic development
• Contribute to marketing and positioning of Leobit’s AI-enabled CoE best practices
• Represent PMO in customer engagements and support company and department marketing
Qualifications
• 15+ years in IT, including 10+ years in Project & Program Management
• Proven experience managing medium to large fixed-price projects
• QA or Development background (strong plus)
• Experience in a functional organization (PMO, QMO, etc.) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of PMI Project Management principles
• Solid experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies
• Strong understanding of software estimation processes, tools, and techniques
• Basic understanding of statistics and distribution models (a plus)
• Excellence in project and individual performance metrics
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (9/10 level)
• AI evangelist mindset with hands-on adoption in daily work
