Description
DESCRIPTION Constructor is an AI-first search and product discovery platform built for enterprise ecommerce, helping leading retailers deliver personalized digital shopping experiences that drive revenue, conversion and profit. Our technology delivers consistent $10M+ lifts for brands including Sephora, Petco, Under Armour and Birkenstock. We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to help tell that story. This is a highly hands-on role for someone exceptional at product positioning, messaging and storytelling. You'll define what makes Constructor genuinely different and translate that into a compelling narrative that resonates with prospects, customers and the market. Our platform is powerful, technically sophisticated and constantly evolving. We need someone who can bring clarity to that complexity, identify the real value and differentiation of our products, and create positioning that makes customers think: "This is clearly better—and we need it." This position is equal parts strategist and builder - setting direction, developing people, and rolling up your sleeves to build the many artifacts that form a robust product marketing org. You will work closely with our product leaders to launch new products, add-ons and features, with our content marketing team to create thought leadership, with growth marketing to drive pipeline and product content and with sales to ensure the GTM functions are enabled on key launches and competitors. Any feature or product launch, with the product team, will include a bill of materials focused on value proposition, personas, objection handling, competition and more. REQUIREMENTS PRODUCT POSITIONING & MESSAGING - Own and evolve differentiated positioning for Constructor's platform, products and key capabilities. - Develop a deep understanding of what makes our technology unique and valuable to customers. - Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions. - Create messaging that clearly communicates why Constructor, why now and why we're different. - Build messaging frameworks and narratives that align Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. - Ensure our positioning is grounded in genuine product strengths and customer needs, not simply what competitors are saying. GTM & PRODUCT LAUNCHES - Create compelling product narratives, value propositions and messaging that bring products and capabilities to life. - Develop sales enablement and customer-facing materials that support launches, adoption and expansion. - Partner with Sales to understand customer needs, objections and deal dynamics, continuously improving positioning and enablement. - Lead and orchestrate product launches from strategy through execution that are crisp, focused, and actually land with customers - Partner with Product on roadmap communication and prioritization - Identify gaps in capabilities and proactively build the function to address them CUSTOMER & MARKET INSIGHT - Build a deep understanding of our customers, prospects, buyers and their challenges. - Understand the ecommerce, search and product discovery landscape and where Constructor creates differentiated value. - Engage with customers and prospects to understand what resonates and why they choose Constructor. - Monitor the market and competitive landscapes. - Identify opportunities to improve how we communicate product value throughout the customer lifecycle and the deep understanding of buyer personas and ICP. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE - 8-10 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within a technical or complex product environment. - Proven track record developing genuinely differentiated positioning and messaging. - Ability to take complex technology and turn it into a simple, compelling story that customers understand and value. - Experience bringing products or capabilities to market and creating GTM materials that support adopt
