Director of Nursing (RN) – Assisted Living Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of nursing for one of our assisted living communities. An active RN license is required for this position. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for an RN who is passionate about resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, and creating a warm, supportive environment for seniors. The Director of Nursing reports to the Executive Director and works closely with regional and corporate clinical leadership.   Spring Oak Senior Living is a family-owned and operated senior living company.
