Read more about life at LearnUpon here .    About the Team As we look to accelerate new customer acquisition and revenue growth for FY27, our Revenue organization is integrating our indirect channels, partners, and co-selling motions. The Partnerships function is transitioning from a standalone team into a highly accountable, pipeline-generating, and conversion-acceleration engine. We partner closely with sales and GTM leadership to break down functional silos, align reporting, process, and funnel management, and directly power LearnUpon’s most ambitious commercial objectives.   About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue, you will be the single-threaded owner of the entire funnel for partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue. In this role, you will transition the partnership function into a highly accountable pipeline engine, driving strategic alignment with GTM leadership and breaking down silos across reporting, processes, and funnel management. Your leadership will be a direct catalyst for our growth goals, transforming indirect channels into a reliable, high-performing contributor to our global revenue targets.   Skills & Experience  Must-Haves                                                                          Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior GTM or Revenue leadership role, ideally within a fast-growth company scaling toward or beyond $100M ARR. Strategic Proximity: Ability to work from our Dublin, Ireland office to provide hands-on guidance to the local team. Accountability: Comfortable being held to the same rigorous forecasting and pipeline standards as direct sales leaders. Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel to North America at least once per quarter (or more as needed) to attend partner events and meet with strategic alliance stakeholders. Collaborative Mindset: A self-starter who can drive behavior changes across departments and lead with curiosity. Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience establishing or scaling co-selling motions within an EdTech or B2B SaaS environment.
