You drive to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied, and submit a short report from your phone. Each stop runs about 10 to 20 minutes, and you handle the orders nearest you. You earn per completed inspection, paid by direct deposit, and Mississippi is one of the better-paying regions in our network. You're a 1099 independent contractor, so your hours and workload are yours to set.
