Requirements Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role. A valid EU passport or the legal right to reside and work within the European Union (mandatory). A solid level of English communication skills to collaborate effectively within an international team environment. Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related client-facing role within the customer support services sector is advantageous, though not strictly required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to listen, empathise, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Comfortable working remotely, with reliable internet connectivity and a suitable, professional home working environment based within Greece. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced support environment.
