Description
We have an urgent requirement for the following position in Saudi Arabia . Position: E&I Estimation Engineer Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Salary: Basic SAR 6,500 – 7,500 (Based on experience) Job Responsibilities: Review ITB, RFQ, RFP, scope of work, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and tender documents. Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs), BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates. Estimate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, logistics, testing & commissioning, and temporary facilities. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance statements, assumptions, exclusions, and bid documentation. Evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Clients during the tendering process. Prepare technical clarification requests (TQs) and incorporate client responses into estimates. Support post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and project handover activities. Technical Experience Required: Electrical Power Distribution MCC, Switchgear & Transformers UPS, Battery Chargers & DC Systems Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection Instrumentation & Field Devices DCS, PLC, SIS, RTU & SCADA Systems Fire & Gas Detection Systems Fiber Optic (FOC), CCTV, Access Control & PAGA Systems Cable Tray, Conduit & Cable Installation Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I Estimation / Proposal Engineering. Experience in EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Shutdown, or Maintenance projects. Strong knowledge of MTO, BOQ, Cost Estimation, Techno-Commercial Proposals, and Tendering. Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or SEC projects will be an added advantage.
