Role: Junior Executive Assistant to CEO & COO
Industry: Global Tech Firm
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: 5 days a week, office-based
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
A dynamic and fast-growing global tech company based in the heart of Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their collaborative and high-energy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to provide high-level support to the CEO and COO while gaining exposure across the wider business.
You’ll be a key member of the leadership support function, ensuring that the day-to-day schedules and priorities of the CEO and COO run smoothly. With a headcount of around 100+ and a global presence, this company offers a vibrant, supportive culture where no two days are the same.
What you’ll do
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide dedicated executive support while assisting with wider operational tasks. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Based on Front of House; meet and greet stakeholders, clients and guests
• Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and COO
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting project coordination and follow-ups across departments
• Organising board or leadership meetings and taking accurate notes
• Liaising with other executive assistants and teams globally to ensure alignment
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Who you are

• Previous experience with Diary and Travel management support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Professional, approachable, and discreet with a focus on high-quality execution
