Description
Physiotherapist – Cognitive & Movement Care | Melbourne East & South Part-time 0.8 FTE (open to full-time) | Grade 1 or Early Grade 2 We're working with a growing, clinician-led healthcare provider in Melbourne that's doing something a bit different — combining hands-on physiotherapy with smart technology to support older adults living with cognitive decline and dementia. If you've been looking for a physio role that feels genuinely meaningful (and doesn't drown you in paperwork), this one is worth a look. A bit about the role You'll split your week between two boutique clinics and the community: 2 days in clinic across Melbourne's inner-east and south-east Remaining days on home visits across the East and South suburbs You'll be delivering a structured cognitive-motor training program to a supported caseload — no cold-calling for referrals, no pressure to build your own book. The team has technology that handles most of the documentation and outcome reporting for you, so your day is spent with clients, not staring at a screen. What makes this one different Small, close-knit team where your ideas actually get built AI-assisted notes and automated outcome letters — admin is genuinely light Twice-yearly team hackathons to improve how the service runs Quarterly PD covered, plus team dinners on the house Flexible hours within agreed service needs — great fit if you're juggling family Clear pathway into leadership or non-clinical work as the team grows What we're looking for AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with 1–2+ years' experience Interest in healthy ageing, neurology, or community-based care Comfortable working independently on home visits Current driver's licence and your own vehicle Ideally based in (or happy to travel to) Melbourne's East or South suburbs Australian work rights On offer $75,000 – $100,000 FTE + super (pro-rata at 0.8), depending on experience Quarterly performance bonuses Supportive, innovative culture where physios shape the service Interested?
