AppViewX is also certified as a Great Place to Work in India, cementing us as an employer of choice.   What You Will Be Responsible For Technical & Platform Responsibilities · Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to design and build scalable, reliable SaaS platform solutions · Contribute to end-to-end DevOps and platform engineering initiatives · Build and manage AI-driven automation for cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps · Implement AIOps solutions for proactive monitoring, incident detection, RCA, and remediation · Design and implement self-healing infrastructure and automated recovery workflows · Enable AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines for faster, secure, and reliable delivery · Optimize Kubernetes environments using predictive scaling and intelligent resource management · Automate and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) · Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency · Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps and AI-driven operational technologies Ownership & Collaboration Responsibilities · Contribute to design and delivery of key platform components and DevOps initiatives · Partner with senior engineers and tech leads to deliver high-impact projects · Plan, prioritize, and deliver assigned projects with clear ownership and accountability · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams · Engage with stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and help translate them into scalable solutions · Uphold high standards of engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence · Take full ownership of deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes   What We Require · Strong Linux/Unix administration skills (RedHat/Ubuntu preferred) · Strong programming skills in Python with excellent problem-solving ability · Hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP · Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes ecosystems · Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in SaaS or production environments · Experience with Helm, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code · Exposure to GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD · Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.) · Experience implementing automation within CI/CD workflows · Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems · Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) · Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed environments · Experience building or supporting highly available and resilient systems · Exposure to AI/ML platforms, and Generative AI infrastructure · Knowledge of DevSecOps and security automation frameworks Preferred Qualifications · Prior experience in a SaaS product or cloud platform engineering environment · Hands-on experience with Ansible or Puppet · Familiarity with VMware, OpenStack, or virtualization platforms · Knowledge of MongoDB or NoSQL databases · Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures · Interest in Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and modern platform engineering practices · Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization · Strong communication and collaboration skills   Our Values At AppViewX, our values reflect how we work together in practice—not just what we aspire to.
