Every order placed at Kogan.com relies on the platforms this team owns. From inventory and fulfilment through to financial operations, you'll lead the engineering teams responsible for keeping these critical systems reliable, scalable and ready for the future. This is a technical leadership role where you'll drive engineering execution, technical strategy and people leadership across two teams responsible for our Order Management and Financial Operations platforms. You'll coach engineers, provide technical direction, guide architectural decisions and partner with stakeholders across the business. In a fast-paced, operational environment, you'll balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day priorities, ensuring the team stays focused on the highest-impact work while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and trade-offs. You'll drive operational excellence, improve engineering practices and ensure our platforms remain resilient, scalable and well supported.
