The Event Marketing Lead is responsible for owning the Company event marketing function, including trade shows, industry conferences, sponsorships, Company-hosted events, webinars, and other internal and external marketing events. This role ensures that events are professionally planned, well-executed, aligned with business goals, and supportive of brand visibility, client engagement, and demand generation objectives. This Event Marketing Lead requires a highly energetic, relationship-oriented event marketing professional with strong BPO/contact center industry knowledge. The Event Marketing Lead will help represent DATAMARK at industry events, understand the language of the market, support event strategy, and ensure events are aligned with DATAMARK’s competitive positioning, including the company’s evolving capabilities and advancements. The Event Marketing Lead works closely with marketing, sales, leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, venues, and external partners to manage event strategy, logistics, budgets, timelines, promotion, execution, and post-event reporting. This role requires strong B2B event ownership experience, disciplined project management, vendor management, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts across stakeholders while maintaining high standards for brand consistency and operational excellence. Requirements **Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time** The Event Marketing Lead will own the planning, coordination, and execution of the Company event marketing function, including industry conferences, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, Company-hosted events, and other marketing events. Support event strategy by helping evaluate event opportunities, audience fit, sponsorship value, competitive presence, and alignment with DATAMARK’s market positioning. Develop and maintain the annual event calendar in collaboration with marketing, sales, leadership, and other stakeholders. Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, production schedules, and logistics from planning through post-event wrap-up. Coordinate booth design, shipping, promotional items, signage, printed materials, digital assets, webinar platforms, presentation materials, and other event-related resources. Manage event budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, vendor quotes, sponsorship fees, invoices, approvals, and budget reporting. Serve as primary point of contact for event planning, contractors, vendor and partners Coordinate internal event participation, including schedules, attendee planning, travel inputs, hotel coordination, briefing materials, and on-site readiness. Collaborate with marketing team members on event content, email promotions, website updates, social media support, presentations, collateral, signage, and branded materials. Lead webinar planning and execution, including scheduling, platform coordination, registration setup, speaker coordination, promotional support, live-event logistics, and post-webinar documentation. Ensure all event experiences, materials, messaging, and attendee touchpoints align with Company brand standards and positioning. Coordinate with Sales and leadership to understand event objectives, target audiences, and attendee participation, while ensuring Sales owns direct outreach and follow-up activity. Define and coordinate the post-event lead handoff process with Sales
