Product Director · M5 · People Ops International We're looking for a Product Director to lead our People Ops product portfolio — owning the vision, strategy, and execution of systems that scale with the company. You will be responsible for: defining long-term product vision and roadmap for P&C systems (ATS, HRIS, learning, performance); leading a team of product managers and collaborating with engineering, design, and data; translating ambiguous business problems into clear product bets; partnering with senior stakeholders across TA, HR Ops, and Finance to align on priorities; driving OKR-level impact — balancing user outcomes with operational efficiency. We're looking for someone with: 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a Director or Head of Product role; experience building or scaling enterprise or HR tech products; strong data fluency — you make decisions with evidence, not intuition alone; executive communication skills — you can simplify complex trade-offs for C-level audiences; a track record of shipping products that moved metrics that matter. It's a plus if you have: experience in global or multi-market product organizations; exposure to HR systems (ATS, HRIS, LMS); experience managing product teams of 5+.
