Description
Location: In-office, Vancouver  Company: Treewalk  Treewalk is not a traditional accounting firm. We work with ambitious founders and operators who want clarity, momentum, and leverage - not just clean books. Our work sits at the intersection of accounting, strategy, and execution, and how we operate internally reflects that same standard.  We value people who take ownership, move quickly, and figure things out. This role exists to support that environment - keeping leadership focused, operations running smoothly, and helping us attract and onboard great people.  The Role  We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Vancouver.  This is a hands-on, in-office role that combines executive support, recruiting coordination, office management, and people operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping keep a fast-moving team aligned, organized, and operating efficiently.  This is not a “wait for instructions” role. We’re looking for someone who operates like a Swiss army knife — comfortable jumping into whatever is needed and figuring things out. No task is too big or too small. You take ownership and get things done.  No task is too big or too small. This role has the potential to be a launchpad for someone who wants to grow into with the business and take on increasing responsibility over time.  If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, this role will suit you.  Salary: $60,000
