Across our global network, more than 2,800 people work together to transform ideas into reliable electronic systems. • Contribute to the planning and execution of customer experience for customer visits with internal and external stakeholders, providing research, coordination, and follow-up support to short-list potential customers. • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting as a go-between for the APAC and HR team, handles administrative paperwork, corporate and/or festive gifts arrangements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer developments to support business reporting, prepare high-quality presentations and documentation, and support the expansion of business opportunities. • Organize and support regional meetings (e.g., regional management meetings), including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups. • Track project milestones, deadlines, and action items across key initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business administration or operations support. • Strong understanding of business processes, administrative workflows, documentation, and customer/partner coordination. • Strong interest in business analytics, customer engagement, and administrative coordination. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism. • Flat hierarchies, direct communication, and a backbone of integrity, courage, responsibility. • A fast-moving environment where momentum is not lost in approval loops. • Collaborate with colleagues and customers across countries, industries, and perspectives. • A workplace shaped by technology, curiosity, and continuous improvement. • Challenges with scale, depth, and enough complexity to keep you learning. • An attractive remuneration package with excellent company health benefits and flexible work time model for bridging days.
