Description
The Executive Creative Producer is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of seasonal campaign productions and day-to-day content shoots. Working closely with the Senior Creative Project Manager, Photography Team, Design Team and Marketing stakeholders, they will ensure high-quality visual content is delivered efficiently and effectively. The role combines creative thinking with exceptional organisation and production management, ensuring every production is well planned, expertly executed and aligned to brand objectives. This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (non-negotiable). Key Responsibilities Campaign Production Lead the production of seasonal brand campaigns from planning through execution. Develop production timelines, schedules and shoot plans. Manage production budgets and ensure effective use of resources. Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers where required. Support campaign concept development from a production perspective. Photoshoot Planning & Delivery Create detailed call sheets, shot lists and production schedules. Coordinate locations, logistics, props, equipment and talent as required. Work closely with photographers, stylists and creatives to ensure shoot readiness. Oversee shoot-day operations and ensure efficient execution. Troubleshoot issues and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment. Creative Collaboration Partner with Design, Copy and Photography teams to bring campaign concepts to life. Translate marketing objectives into achievable production plans. Ensure content requirements are fully understood before production begins. Maintain consistency of brand standards across all deliverables. Studio & Content Production Support Support planning and coordination of ongoing in-house content shoots. Manage production calendars alongside photography team requirements. Assist with asset planning to support product launches, ecommerce and marketing activity. Help identify opportunities to improve studio production efficiency. Supplier & Budget Management Source and manage freelancers, locations, props and production suppliers. Negotiate costs and manage budgets effectively. Track production spend and reconcile project costs.
