What We Offer: • New Pay Plan • Under New Mangement • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Vacation • Comprehensive Medical and Dental Insurance • A supportive, family-run business environment Responsibilities: • Perform tasks outlined in repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards. • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. • Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of any additional required services and provide estimates for additional repairs. • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to assess vehicle performance and components. Qualifications: • ASE certifications are preferred. • Strong automotive background and teamwork skills required. • Possession of a clean and valid driver’s license is mandatory. • Must be willing to undergo a drug screening and background check. • Novice technicians are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
