Expert in the interest group vida Upper Austria (f/m/d) We want you: The vida trade union is passionately committed to the rights and interests of employees. Become part of our movement and apply as an expert in the representation of interests in the trade union vida in the Provincial Secretariat of Upper Austria in Linz . Your tasks as a subject matter expert: Knowledge of health and social services is an advantage in Upper Austria Linz. • Supervision of the development of the collective agreement framework law • Consultations and recording of applications for legal protection • Planning, participation in internal and external events, campaigns and campaigns incl. project management • Presentation and lecture activities • Accompaniment and implementation of conferences, meetings, retreats, etc. • Networking and advocacy work • Networking and cooperation with AK and trade unions • Strategic work to organize the industry and attract new members • Support for member recruitment • Care and support of works councils and members • Supervision and support for works council elections and works meetings • Securing the flow of information between trade unions and companies • Organisation of trade union action such as public works meetings or strikes.
