Job title: Administration and Facilities Intern (Part-time) Location: Barcelona Job Description: We are looking for an intern to support the Facilities department in various administrative and operational tasks. Her role will include managing meeting rooms, coordinating shipments with couriers and transport companies, assisting employees and office visits, as well as managing parking and suppliers. In addition, they will have contact with tools such as SAP and must have an adequate level of English for both internal and external communication. Responsibilities: • Coordination of shipments and reception of couriers, packages and documentation with transport companies. • Attention and assistance to employees and visitors in the office. • Coordination and management of suppliers, including requests, monitoring and control of billing. • Administrative support, including the use of SAP for order management and invoicing. • Follow-up of requests and incidents related to the office. • Collaboration with other teams, including HR, to ensure effective communication and an optimal workplace experience, as well as the management of new employee cards. Requirements: • University or vocational training student in Administration, Facility Management, Logistics or related areas (including Administration Vocational Training). • Intermediate-advanced level of English (required). • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Communication skills and service orientation. • Use of office tools (Microsoft Office).
