About the Role We are looking for a tech-savvy and organised Facility Coordinator to support and improve facilities operations across multiple sites. This role goes beyond day-to-day coordination. You will be involved in setting up systems, improving processes, and developing SOPs, while working closely with vendors to ensure smooth and reliable maintenance operations. What You Will Do Facilities Coordination • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple sites • Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality work • Track maintenance requests and follow through to completion Systems & Process Improvement • Support the setup of maintenance tracking systems • Assist in developing simple SOPs and workflows • Identify ways to improve efficiency and visibility of operations Asset & Data Tracking • Maintain basic facility and maintenance records • Track service schedules and maintenance history • Support simple reporting and tracking dashboards Operational Support (Occasional) • Provide basic AV setup for meetings/events (training provided) • Support event setup where required What We Are Looking For • Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in facilities, operations, or coordination roles • Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) • Able to organise work, follow through, and manage multiple tasks • Interested in learning systems, SOP development, and process improvement • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Why Join Us • Opportunity to build systems, not just follow processes • Exposure to multi-site operations • Hands-on experience in digitalisation and process improvement • Clear growth pathway into Facilities / Operations / Systems roles • Supportive team environment Who This Role Is Suitable For • Candidates who enjoy structure, organisation, and improving processes • Those who are curious about systems and digital tools • Individuals looking to grow beyond a routine coordination role
