Required Qualifications:
- Active Florida Bar member or willing to waive in/sit for the FL bar
- Demonstrated family law experience (quality over quantity)
- Passion for litigation and courtroom work
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Organization and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Clio experience is a plus)
- Zoom/virtual hearing proficiency

📋 WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Manage caseload of family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, support, modifications, paternity, domestic violence)
- Develop case strategies fit to client needs
- Handle various family law cases
- Provide client-centered legal advice
- Translate legal concepts into clear, compassionate advice
- Represent clients in court, hearings, trials, mediations
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents
- Collaborate with paralegals/support staff and mentor junior team members
