About the role: As a Farm Hand, you will support the livestock program by carrying out a range of operational duties, including pasture monitoring, environmental management, machinery operation and maintenance, and general farm maintenance and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Carry out duties in a planned way - following work schedules, organising materials and equipment before commencing work • Operate machinery as required • Service and maintain farm equipment • Prepare and apply chemicals • Carry out irrigation procedures • Carry out workshop procedures Knowledge and Skills: • Current Driver's Licence (Heavy vehicle licence where applicable) • Demonstrated competency in all tasks reasonably required of a station hand • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines • Mature and rational approach to problem solving Benefits • Thrive on continuous learning and growth opportunities! • Air-conditioned accommodation and prepared meals. • Competitive remuneration & allowances Apply Now to join the AAco Team!
