Som vår Fastighetstekniker är du hotellets "allt-i-allo" när det kommer till fastigheten. Dina dagar kommer att vara varierande och fyllda med spännande utmaningar. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: • Löpande underhåll och reparationer av fastigheten. Gärna med kunskap och behörighet inom VVS & el. Lättare snickeri och målning kan förekomma. • Förebyggande underhåll för att säkerställa att allt fungerar optimalt. • Ronderingar och tillsyn av hotellets allmänna utrymmen och tekniska system. • Hantering av felanmälningar från gäster och personal. • Kontakt med externa leverantörer och hantverkare vid större arbeten. • Ansvar för att säkerhetsutrustning och brandskydd är i ordning. • Bidra till en trygg och säker arbetsmiljö. Detta är en tillsvidareanställning på 80 % med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Tjänsten kan innefattar varierande arbetstider men i huvudsak dagtid, mån-fre. Vem är du? • Vi söker dig som är en driven, självgående och serviceinriktad person med ett öga för detaljer. Du är praktiskt lagd och trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och som en del av ett team. • Erfarenhet av fastighetsunderhåll eller liknande tekniska roller. • Gärna grundläggande kunskaper inom VVS, el och snickeri. • Förmåga att snabbt identifiera och åtgärda problem. • Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. • B-körkort är meriterande. • Du är en lagspelare som ser dig som en del av hela hotellets framgång!
