Vi söker nu flera engagerade och lösningsorienterade fastighetstekniker som vill vara en del av vår nya interna fastighetsavdelning på systerhotellen Hotel C Stockholm och Nordic Light Hotel – båda belägna på Vasaplan, bara ett stenkast från Stockholms centralstation. Tjänsterna är en del av vår nyinrättade organisation i samband med att vi tar över driften från entreprenad. Om oss Hotel C Stockholm och Nordic Light Hotel är två livfulla, urbana hotell inom Nordic Hotels & Resorts, en del av Strawberry. Med totalt över 530 hotellrum, ett tjugotal konferenslokaler, framstående restauranger och ett unikt samarbete med ICEHOTEL i Jukkasjärvi i ICEBAR Stockholm, skapar vi minnesvärda upplevelser för våra gäster dygnet runt – året om. Hos oss kombineras pulsen från city med ett starkt fokus på kvalitet, hållbarhet och design. Om rollen Som fastighetstekniker blir du en nyckelperson i vår vardagliga drift. Du arbetar både självständigt och i team och ansvarar för att hotellens lokaler, teknik och fastighetsfunktioner håller högsta standard för gäster och medarbetare. Ingen dag är den andra lik – du kommer att jobba med allt från tekniskt underhåll och reparationer till energioptimering och enklare snickeri. Att arbeta hos oss innebär också att vara en del av en livfull hotellmiljö där gästservice och interaktioner alltid är i fokus. Du möter dagligen både kollegor från andra avdelningar och gäster, och din insats blir en viktig del av helhetsupplevelsen – från första intryck till avresan. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: • Drift och underhåll av byggnader, installationer och faciliteter • Dagliga reparationer och servicearbeten • Säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar, regler och miljökrav • Medverka i arbetet med energioptimering och hållbar drift • Samverka med leverantörer och följa upp serviceavtal • Vara en del av hotellens säkerhets- och brandskyddsarbete • Alltid ha gästens upplevelse i fokus Vi tror att du Vi söker både dig som har lång erfarenhet av fastighetsdrift och dig som precis är på väg ut i arbetslivet . Det viktigaste för oss är att du är nyfiken, engagerad och vill utvecklas tillsammans med oss. • Har du erfarenhet av fastighetsskötsel, drift eller tekniskt underhåll (el, VVS, snickeri eller liknande) är det meriterande. • Är du i början av din karriär kan vi erbjuda en miljö där du får växa och lära dig i ett stöttande team. • Oavsett bakgrund tror vi att du är praktiskt lagd, lösningsorienterad och har öga för detaljer. • Du trivs med både självständigt arbete och samarbete i team. • Du är flexibel, strukturerad och serviceinriktad. • Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och gärna engelska. Praktisk info Tjänsterna är tillsvidareanställningar på 100 % , med 6 månaders provanställning. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse vintern 2025. Urval och intervjuer sker löpande.
