What You'll Be Doing As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while building meaningful relationships based on trust, companionship, and respect. Your role may include: • Personal care support • Assisting with medication • Meal preparation • Light household duties • Encouraging independence and wellbeing • Providing companionship and emotional support • Building lasting relationships with clients and their families What We're Looking For • A caring and compassionate nature • Good communication skills • A Full UK Driving Licence • Access to your own vehicle • The right to work in the UK Please note: We are not currently accepting applications that require sponsorship.
