A growing technology company is seeking a Field Engineer for the EMEA region to provide technical support, implementation, and consulting services to customers. This role combines on-site customer engagement with remote work to deliver solutions and ensure successful product deployment. What You'll Do • Deploy and configure customer systems on-site and remotely • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments • Implement solutions aligned with customer requirements and best practices • Document customer configurations and create runbooks for future reference • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction What You Need • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience with customer-facing technical implementations • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed • Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience Nice to Have • Linux administration and command-line proficiency • Experience with cloud infrastructure or virtualization • Previous field service or consulting experience • Familiarity with automation and scripting tools
