YouTube | X | Instagram | LinkedIn | News Due to recent expansion in the ANZ region we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to support Carbon Robotics’ business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing activities. This role combines sales development and marketing support, helping to identify new opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to brand awareness initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Field Marketing Responsibilities
Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of targeted marketing campaigns to maximize performance and engagement.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and social media activities, while analyzing and reporting on key engagement metrics.
Create and distribute compelling marketing materials and promotional content to drive brand awareness.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform outreach strategies and discover new pipeline opportunities.
Organise, participate in, and track the performance of trade shows, webinars, and customer events to maximize local lead generation.
Sales Responsibilities
Generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other prospecting activities to directly build and grow our sales pipeline value.
Follow up on inbound enquiries to consistently convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team to advance the pipeline.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to track pipeline movement and data health.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to optimize customer engagement metrics.
Meet or exceed individual sales, lead-generation, and overall revenue contribution targets.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Success:
1–3 years' experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong customer service orientation, ability to troubleshoot and handle objections.
Good time management skills, with an ability to be a self-starter, work autonomously and show initiative.
Ability to travel within Australia, New Zealand and internationally as required. 30% home based
