As the Field Marketing Manager – ASEAN , you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, increase brand awareness, and establish Dataiku’s influence within the ASEAN region. You will work closely with our sales team (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives) as well as global marketing functions to align regional efforts with overarching business objectives.
This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the ASEAN market, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Success Metrics
Pipeline Growth & Revenue Marketing: Demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue contribution.
Account Engagement : Ensure our target accounts engage with Dataiku in a meaningful way.
Brand Awareness: Expand Dataiku’s visibility and influence within the ASEAN market.
Campaign Effectiveness: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute the field marketing strategy for the ASEAN region in alignment with global and regional marketing goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales leaders and the AE team to market to target accounts and create account-based marketing (ABM) programs to support account plans
Pipeline Generation & Brand Awareness
Event Management:
Develop and execute high-impact regional events, including tradeshows, conferences, Hands on Lab workshops, customer days, Dataiku community days, Dataiku Customer Advisory Board, Dataiku Executive Connect, Dataiku Live webinars to produce pipeline.
Oversee Dataiku’s participation in third-party industry events, ensuring strong ROI and brand visibility.
Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities to ensure successful event execution.
Large Scale Conference Production & Management
Produce and manage Dataiku’s flagship roadshow event - Dataiku Summit
Coverage : Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia
Sponsorship : Drive and manage sponsorships process for Dataiku Summit
Paid Campaigns:
Partner with global digital marketing teams to strategize and implement targeted paid campaigns optimized for the ASEAN audience.
Leverage digital and offline marketing channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Organic Social Media Campaigns
Create and manage the ASEAN organic social media calendar that includes customers, partners and employee advoacy
Integrated Campaign Development and Execution:
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, social media and content marketing.
Localize global campaigns to resonate with the ASEAN market, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Design and implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts in close collaboration with the
