What You’ll Do As a Field Project Manager, Construction Operations , you’ll spearhead Renovation Management efforts across key markets in Iowa, Nebraska and surrounding areas. In this role, you will: • Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching— be the face of Altisource in your region. • Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and “clean, safe & functional” standards. • Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies. • Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment. • Guide the full project lifecycle—from awarded scope through completion—maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs. • Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams. • Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership. • Additional duties, as indicated
