DESCRIPTION Summary Under the supervision of the Finance Senior Officer, the Finance and Logistics Assistant , will be responsible for assisting program with the day-to-day management of finance, logistics and procurement at provincial level. Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time. Responsibilities: A. Support for Financial Management · Ensure the day-to-day management of the provincial petty cash fund in accordance with established procedures; · Prepare advance requests and payment requests; · Verify the conformity of the supporting documents before submitting them for validation; · Ensure that advance payments are processed within the required timeframes; · Support the preparation of periodic financial reports; · Classify and archive physical and electronic financial documents; · To monitor provincial spending and contribute to its reconciliation; · Participate in internal and external audit exercises. B. Support for Logistics Management · Ensure the management of project equipment and assets at the provincial level; · Keep inventories of goods and consumables up to date; · Organize the receipt, storage and distribution of supplies; · Ensure the monitoring of equipment use and maintenance; · Ensure proper management of fuel and vehicles allocated to the project; · Organize the travel and missions of the project teams; · Ensure compliance with current logistical procedures. C. Purchasing and Supply · Prepare procurement files in accordance with applicable procedures; · Request and analyze supplier quotes; · Ensure order tracking until delivery; · Verify the quality and conformity of the goods and services received; · Create and archive purchase records; · Contribute to updating the supplier database. D. Administrative Support · Assist in the organization of workshops, training sessions and meetings; · Ensure the administrative archiving of the project; · Prepare the administrative documents required for field missions; · Contribute to t
