Position Summary
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
• Own key components of the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, new initiatives, and strategic decisions
• Analyze business performance across locations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve margins and profitability
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support executive decision-making
Reporting & Performance Insights:
• Prepare and present monthly financial packages, including P&L analysis, KPIs, and variance reporting
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts, proactively highlighting key drivers and actionable recommendations
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into operational and financial performance
• Support ad hoc analysis for leadership, including new store openings, pricing strategy, and cost optimization
Cross-Functional Support:
• Act as a finance partner to marketing, evaluating campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency
• Work closely with restaurant leadership to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial outcomes
• Provide guidance to non-finance stakeholders, helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions
Process Improvement & Strategy
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance data integrity
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies that support company growth and scalability
• Support implementation and optimization of financial systems, tools, and reporting capabilities

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
