Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position: Financial Analyst (Village Roadshow Greece) The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, forecasts and reports, and providing actionable insights that support strategic business decisions, financial planning, budgeting, and performance management. Job Description  Key Responsibilities Prepare financial budgets,  forecasts and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions. Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis across business units or projects. Assist in strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related finance roles. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
