As part of our global organization, we act within Group Controlling as a commercial sparring partner for the Executive Board and the Management Board of the TAKKT Group. In this role, you will gain strategic insights into corporate management and be prepared for further responsibilities within the Group's finance function. To strengthen our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for a: Financial Controller / Business Analyst within our Group Controlling (m/f/d) Are you motivated to drive change? Responsibilities: • Support strategic management with forecasting and preparing decision papers for the Executive Board • Responsible for financial analysis and taking end-to-end responsibility for reporting and processes in a given area, with a focus on P&L optimization • Determining key areas of action for current and future business development • Independently driving continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility, including the use of AI • Close collaboration with divisional management, particularly with the Vice President Finance, as well as with central functions and the Executive Board Profile: • Completed master's degree in business administration/economics • Strong understanding of economic and financial relationships and processes • First professional experiences or internships/working student roles in finance/controlling are desirable • Ability to present complex topics in a simple and understandable way • German and English mandatory, further language skills nice to have • Knowledge of Power BI and AI is an advantage • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and hands-on mentality Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Flexible working hours with a hybrid model require 60% office presence • Modern office location with ergonomic workspaces, and a collaborative atmosphere • Career & development: Access to a strong network, individual training opportunities. • Support & responsibility: Family services for every life situation, plus active promotion of sustainability and social engagement.
