Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager: • Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements. • Research, implement, and document new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance. • Manage tax-related responsibilities including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities. • Oversee GAAP compliance, general ledger accuracy, internal controls, and SOX-related processes. • Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities. • Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
