Fleet Incharge&nbsp; Responsibilities    1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Daily Fleet Operations   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assign transport orders to drivers based on location, load type, and working hours.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Optimize routes and minimize empty kilometers using Wialon/Geotab fleet platforms.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Live-track all trucks and resolve urgent issues: breakdowns, checkpoints, and delays.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure driver compliance with TGA working/rest hour regulations.   2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cost Control &amp; Efficiency Monitoring   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor daily diesel consumption per truck via FLS sensor and issue deviation reports.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze causes of high fuel consumption and coach underperforming drivers.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Schedule preventive maintenance for each truck based on mileage to avoid breakdowns.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track tire life, oil, and filters to reduce unplanned maintenance costs.   3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Driver Management   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare shift rosters and leave schedules for drivers to ensure uninterrupted operations.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate driver performance monthly by KPI: fuel efficiency, on-time delivery, violations, and accidents.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Train new drivers on tracking systems, company policy, and eco-driving techniques.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Investigate accidents/traffic violations and submit recommendations to management.   4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Compliance &amp; Documentation   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Verify validity of operating cards, MVPI, insurance, and driver licenses.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Issue transport documents via Naql platform and monitor cargo manifests via Bayan.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Archive diesel, maintenance, and weighbridge invoices and reconcile with system reports.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Submit weekly reports to senior management: costs, revenue, issues, and completion rates.  &nbsp;   SECTION III: Performance Indicators    KPIs Targets   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Avg. Fuel Consumption  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fleet Utilization Rate trucks operating daily.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On-Time Delivery of trips delivered on schedule.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cost per KM  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Empty Kilometers of total monthly mileage.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Accidents &amp; Violations: Zero major accidents
