Description Forklift Operator - Join the DFS Family! 2nd Shift 11 am - 7:30 pm Location: Madisonville, LA --- Why Join Us? We are proud of our product and our team, and we’re looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to join us in Madisonville, LA! --- What You’ll Do As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be a key part of our production team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. · Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to designated locations in a safe and efficient manner. · Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are correctly placed and safely transported. · Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by transporting materials to storage areas and monitoring stock levels. · Perform basic maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs. • -- What You Bring · Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. · Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions. · Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends. · Must pass a drug screen. --- Our Benefits We offer a supportive environment and an excellent benefits package, including: · 401(k) · Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, and Life Insurance · Temperature-Controlled Environment · 12 Paid Holidays · Paid Time Off · Birthday and Anniversary Recognition
