Brands that act.  We are OBE and we’re a team of experiential playmakers.    THE ROLE A Freelance Event Producer is responsible for creating heightened moments of in-person engagement with impact. This role manages all the elements that come together to create the live delivery aspect of our campaigns in relation to our client work. Key responsibilities of the role could focus on: Operational planning Operational execution Creative thinking The Freelance Event Producer could work across all aspects of experiential delivery for one or more of our exciting portfolio of clients; a roster which currently includes Nike, NFL, New York Jets, JPMorganChase, OpenAI and Sky Bet. An excellent multi-tasker and someone who can manage multiple projects; from large scale campaigns to smaller bespoke activations in a wide range of settings. A Freelance Event Producer is responsible for all live experience touch points and will ensure that OBE London provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class and deliver to our client’s needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Freelance Event Producer will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and the client in order to deliver high quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all our campaigns. The Freelance Event Producer plays a fundamental role in the process of creative solutions for our client work. This individual is to have / gain quickly the highest level of understanding of their clients’ needs, their brand and the space they operate in.   RESPONSIBILITIES  The Freelance Event Producer role is varied, and you are responsible for: Experiential Delivery Have a fresh thinking mindset and one that pushes boundaries Have a passion / obsession for our client’s consumers Provide innovative and creative solutions in the design and delivery phase of campaigns Implement the executional plan in line with client requirements Ensure consistency of delivery across live experiences Understand your client needs and latest industry developments within the space Ensure the safe and successful delivery of your experiential work across all aspects including but not limited to: Licensing permits and consultation Venue Sourcing & Management Branding Customer / Event Experience Sporting Management Production & Logistics Technical Production Show Management Stakeholder Management Staffing Health & Safety Monitor and track your workload against the Critical Path via Monday.com for which you must have (or can quickly build) an excellent working knowledge Work with stak
