Oppgavene vil være å levere fantastisk service med et smil, sjekke inn og ut gjester, svare telefonen og mail, mersalg, ta imot bookinger/bestillinger, forberede ankomstlister, fakturere, mm. Du må også håndtere salg og gjestebehandling i vår lobbybar. Som resepsjonist må du både fungere godt i team og være komfortabel med å stå på vakt alene. Du elsker å snakke med mennesker og få de til å føle seg hjemme hos oss. Du bør ha gode digitale ferdigheter og lære kjapt. Samt at du må beherske et skandinavisk språk flytende, både skriftlig og muntlig. Erfaring fra hotell vil være en fordel, men er ikke et krav da nødvendig opplæring vil bli gitt. Vi bruker MEWS som hotellsystem. Søker må være over 20 år. Vi har ledig en 80 % stilling, med vakter både dagtid, kveldstid og annen hver helg. Og en 30% stilling, hvor vaktene vil være hovedsaklig annen hver helg. Hos oss jobber vi skift, så vaktene varierer fra 1.vakt 0700-1500 og 2. vakt 1500-2300. Vennligst spesifiser hva du søker på når du sender inn din søknad. Vi oppfordrer studenter til å søke på stillingen på 30% om du vil kombinere jobb og studier.
