Nu söker vi Dig som vill arbeta som gästvärd. Som gästvärd ansvarar du för att ge alla våra besökare en oförglömlig upplevelse genom att vara lyhörd för våra gästers önskemål och guida dem rätt. Vissa av våra gäster önskar det tysta och lugna, andra vill hellre ta en drink tillsammans med vännerna och njuta av utsikten. Här finns plats för alla! I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att välkomna våra gäster i badreceptionen, hålla badintroduktioner, boka behandlingar, ta emot feedback, aktivt bidra till merförsäljning samt säkerställa att våra tvagningsrum och övriga områden i badet håller en hög standard. Du kommer även att arbeta med produktförsäljning i vår spashop. Du bör i denna roll ha servicevana och känna dig trygg i att både prata inför en grupp och kunna hålla en god dialog med gästerna du möter. I detta team känner vi stolthet över att leverera den bästa möjliga japaninspirerade servicen och upplevelsen till våra gäster! Just nu söker vi medarbetare som kan arbeta extra vid behov fördelat på såväl vardagar och helger som dag- och kvällstid. Vi söker dig som talar svenska och engelska, tycker om att ge service som bygger på närvaro och respekt för gästen samt är stresstålig. Tidigare erfarenhet från bokningssystem är meriterande. OM YASURAGI Yasuragis erbjuder japanska bad med tvagning och heta källor såväl ute som inne, avslappnande behandlingar samt energigivande aktiviteter. Här finns 191 hotellrum och sviter i japansk stil, 23 möteslokaler samt tre restauranger med mat inspirerad av det japanska köket.
