STOP SCROLLING – YOU’VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE Starting at $18.37/hr (up to $20.64/hr) General Laborer will support all aspects of the cabinet manufacturing process including   material handling, sanding,   finishing   and shipping.   This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist   in the   production   of cabinet components according to specifications. • Handle, move, and prepare raw materials and finished products for production stages. • Operate basic woodworking machinery and power tools such as sanders ,   clamps   and saws (training provided as needed). • Perform sanding, finishing, packaging, and inspection tasks to prepare cabinets for shipment. • Report any issues with materials, tools, or production processes to the supervisor. • Support team members   in   various tasks to meet production schedules and quality standards. • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. • Maintain clean, organized work areas and 6S   environment . • Follow all company safety policies and   required   PPE guidelines. • Other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read, write, communicate in English, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to follow instructions. • Basic math and measurement skills. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks. • Work in production areas with exposure to noise, dust, vibration, and ergonomic stressors while wearing required personal protective equipment . • Perform job duties requiring prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive motion in a manufacturing environment . • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and greater weights with   assistance   as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Prior experience in manufacturing or carpentry, especially within cabinet or wood product fabrication. • Familiarity with woodworking machinery such as table saws, routers, or CNC machines. • Experience in a lean manufacturing or 6S environment .
