Role overview: As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: ● Setting an example to the whole store team and overseeing their performance and development through the leaders in your store. ● Creating an environment where colleagues feel inspired and able to progress. ● Exploring and actioning new ways of working to benefit your store. ● Leading the store strategy, to be at the forefront of the game. ● The overall commercial performance of your store.
