The Men’s and Women’s Coach is responsible for providing leadership, organization and administration of the Men’s and Women’s program Through its School of Professional and Continuing Studies, the University extends its primary undergraduate mission by offering high quality graduate studies in business, education and nursing and an array of undergraduate and certificate programs serving non-traditional students.  Position Summary:  The University of Mount Saint Vincent, a member of NCAA Division III and the Skyline Conference, invites applications for a Graduate Assistant for the Women’s Basketball program. This position provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in coaching and collegiate athletics administration.  Primary Responsibilities:  Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program   Support practice organization, player development, and game strategy   Assist with recruiting coordination, including outreach and visit planning   Manage video editing, scouting reports, and opponent analysis   Assist with game day operations and team logistics   Support student-athlete academic success and retention efforts   Complete additional administrative duties as assigned   Requirements Bachelor’s degree required   Acceptance into, or plans to apply to, a graduate program at the University of Mount Saint Vincent (Business or Education)  Previous playing or coaching experience in basketball preferred   Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills  Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, support staff, campus community, and alumni   Effective time management and organizational skills   Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications   Knowledge of NCAA Division III guidelines preferred   Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends   Valid Driver’s License  Benefits Annual stipend: $18,000   On-campus housing & meal plan included
