Working collaboratively with teams across Production, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service, you'll gain hands-on experience across planning, inventory management, customer order fulfilment, replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives.   This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in supply chain, offering exposure to every stage of the supply chain within a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment where no two days are the same. If you're organised, proactive, and eager to learn, you'll be supported to develop your skills and grow your career with Westfalia Fruit.   Responsibilities include: Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process. Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, waste, and stock levels, and support corrective actions where needed. Support replenishment planning for finished goods, packaging, and raw materials to maintain product availability. Assist with production scheduling and planning activities to ensure efficient operations. Manage inventory transactions within the ERP system, including goods receipts, transfers, production orders, and sales orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts and month-end inventory activities. Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate transportation, monitor freight costs, and maintain pooling container records. Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates. Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement projects across supply chain, planning, logistics, and customer service processes. Requirements University degree in Commercial Sciences or Logistics, or equivalent through experience. Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs. The ability to think strategically and conceptually, connecting information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. A resilient and results-oriented approach, demonstrating the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver positive outcomes. Desirable Good understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and dependencies. Fluency in French would be highly desirable.
