Through our vertically-integrated supply chain we grow, source, ripen, pack, process and market quality avocadoes & fresh produce – 365 days a year & across the globe.   With the largest avocado-growing footprint in the world, we are recognised as the leading #avoexperts and considered as the supplier of choice to both retail & wholesale customers whom we serve from sales offices in the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America & Southern Africa.   We’re looking for a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Wingene, Belgium.   As a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through the supply chain, delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. Working collaboratively with teams across Production, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service, you'll gain hands-on experience across planning, inventory management, customer order fulfilment, replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives.   This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in supply chain, offering exposure to every stage of the supply chain within a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment where no two days are the same. If you're organised, proactive, and eager to learn, you'll be supported to develop your skills and grow your career with Westfalia Fruit.   Responsibilities include: Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process. Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, waste, and stock levels, and support corrective actions where needed. Support replenishment planning for finished goods, packaging, and raw materials to maintain product availability. Assist with production scheduling and planning activities to ensure efficient operations. Manage inventory transactions within the ERP system, including goods receipts, transfers, production orders, and sales orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts and month-end inventory activities. Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate transportation, monitor freight costs, and maintain pooling container records. Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates. Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement projects across supply chain, planning, logistics, and customer service processes. Requirements University degree in Commercial Sciences or Logistics, or equivalent through experience. Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs. The ability to think strategically and conceptually, connecting information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Desirable Good understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and dependencies. Fluency in French would be highly desirable.
