ROLE
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visual content that communicates our brand, supports our marketing and sales initiatives, and helps nonprofits better understand the value of our tools. From website graphics and social media content to product illustrations and sales collateral, your designs will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design compelling visuals for digital and print including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and more
- Develop visual content that supports educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.
- Translate complex software features and nonprofit concepts into clean, accessible graphics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across departments and campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
- Design visuals that help drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.
- Support the product marketing and customer success teams by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that showcase product features.
- Receive and implement feedback from team members to ensure final designs meet objectives.
SETUP
- This is a work-from-home setup
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
- Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)
- Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)
- Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
- Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)
This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.

REQUIREMENTS
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.
