As our Growth and Performance Manager based in Auckland, you will directly coach and mentor our Franchise Partners to build thriving centres, while supporting our expanding footprint across New Zealand. What You Will Do Franchise Partner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our New Zealand network, partnering closely with Franchise Partners to implement operational and growth strategies that ensure the success of every Success Tutoring centre in the region. Elevate Student Outcomes & Experience: Provide expert guidance to Franchise Partners on leveraging the Success Tutoring methodology to ensure consistently outstanding tutoring delivery for students from Year 1 through to Year 13. Strengthen Franchise Partner Capability: Act as the performance coach, delivering tailored business reviews, operational guidance, and training that empowers Franchise Partners to elevate their leadership and local market impact. Drive Local Market Growth: Support Franchise Partners in executing high-impact, hyper-local marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships with local schools, and running community engagement events that establish each centre as the "go-to" provider. Ensure Brand Consistency & Excellence: Monitor and uphold compliance with all Success Tutoring systems and brand standards across Auckland and broader NZ locations. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and maintain network excellence.
