Key Responsibilities • Drive product growth by improving key metrics across acquisition and activation funnels. • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and feedback to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities. • Generate and prioritize hypotheses, participate in A/B testing, and measure their impact on conversion and monetization. • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and research teams to achieve impactful business results. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager). • Hands-on experience with growth metrics, A/B testing, and product analytics. • Basic understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
