Lucky Spot Barbershop is growing and expanding!  Our Greensboro location is looking for a new Hairstylist and/or Natural Hairstylist to join our team!! You must have a current license to style natural hair and have completed a natural hair and/or cosmetology training program. While we are a barbershop and focus on men’s hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers. Stylist Duties and Responsibilities: ·          Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments. ·          Prep clients for their service and ask what type of styling they want. ·         S tyle clients’ hair to their specifications. ·          Engage in friendly conversation with clients. ·          Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition. ·          Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients. · Stylist Requirements and Qualifications: ·          High school diploma or GED certificate ·         Natural H airstylist, Cosmetologist or Barber license with "behind the chair" experience. ·          Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. ·          Organizational and time-management abilities ·          Attention to detail. What We Offer! • Great comission structure- potential base pay starting off is $40,000 per year. • Paid travel opportunities • Quarterly bonus • Flexible schedule- Open 7 days a week- must work at least 5 days. • FAST TRACK TO MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP(FRANCHISE)!!
