If so, this is the chance to apply now ! PeopleCert is looking for an innovative and results-driven Head of Brand & Strategic Communications to lead its global corporate brand and reputation. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will define and deliver PeopleCert's corporate brand and communications strategy, strengthening its position as a global leader in skilling, upskilling, and reskilling. You will shape the company's corporate narrative, build brand reputation, and lead strategic communications across global markets. You will also play a key role in supporting PeopleCert's House of Brands strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across internationally recognized brands, including ITIL, PRINCE2, DevOps Institute, LanguageCert, and City & Guilds. As a Head of Brand & Strategic Communications, your tasks will include the following: Lead the development and execution of PeopleCert's corporate brand strategy, identity, positioning, and voice across all channels. This role focuses on the corporate brand and does not own product brand marketing or product brand communications. Develop and maintain a compelling corporate narrative aligned with PeopleCert's vision, purpose, and strategic priorities. Lead corporate communications, public affairs, thought leadership, reputation management, and corporate reputation management. Lead the strategic planning and delivery of corporate events, including HR, ESG, and corporate brand initiatives, from concept and creative development through to execution. Partner closely with HR to deliver employer branding, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner closely with the ESG team to communicate ESG initiatives and plan and deliver corporate events. Lead market research and insights across PeopleCert and its portfolio of brands, partnering with research agencies to inform strategic decision-making and measure brand and business performance. Manage external agencies, event partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Brand & Strategic Communications team. Ensure their work and presence are aligned with company’s core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 12+ years of experience in Brand, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, or Strategic Communications, including senior leadership experience. At least 6 years of experience leading the strategic planning and delivery of corporate events, preferably within an in-house corporate environment. Proven track record of building and protecting corporate reputation through strategic communications, public affairs, thought leadership, and crisis management. Exceptional storytelling, writing, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Highly organised, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines, and deliver high-quality results under pressure. Strong business acumen and commercial mindset, with the ability to align brand and communications strategies with business objectives. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market and business insights into effective communication strategies. Excellent command of English (C2 level). LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification is considered an advantage. Additional languages are a plus. Advanced computer literacy. ECDL Advanced certification is desirable.
